Who operates this site

Jorge Rincon operates jorgerincon.pro for general life insurance information for California residents. Contact: jorge@jorgerincon.pro or (818) 792-2740. Carrier appointments are in progress; this website currently accepts information requests only.

Information collected

The contact form collects your name, chosen contact method, phone number or email address, preferred language, and your request for personal follow-up. A submission also includes the language and version of the disclosure, a browser-generated submission time, and whether you requested text contact. Hosting, form, and email providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, delivery records, and access times to deliver and protect their services.

Information you should not send

Do not send medical details, tobacco-use history, Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment details, or financial account information through this form or ordinary email. Earlier versions of the form requested age and tobacco/nicotine use; information already submitted may remain in inquiry records. You can contact Jorge to ask about those records. The current form does not request those details.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond personally to your questions through the contact method you select, maintain inquiry and permission records, operate the website, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Requesting information does not enroll you in automated marketing, give permission for unrelated campaigns, or create insurance coverage.

Providers and disclosures

Jorge does not sell your leads or distribute them to other agents or businesses for their own marketing. Providers process information to operate this service: Cloudflare hosts the website, Formspree receives form submissions, and Google business email services deliver and store correspondence. Phone and messaging providers process calls and texts. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. These operational disclosures are different from selling leads. Future insurance applications would require a separate process and any applicable insurer notices; this form does not send applications to carriers.

Storage and tracking

The website stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage. Its calculator runs in your browser, and calculator input values are not included in contact-form submissions. This version does not include advertising pixels or scripts for tracking visitors across unrelated websites, and it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Service providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies. External websites you visit through links have their own privacy practices.

Your choices and requests

You can use the website without submitting the form. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry records, email jorge@jorgerincon.pro or call (818) 792-2740. Identity may need to be verified using information reasonably necessary for the request. To stop further contact or change your preferred method, tell Jorge directly; for texts, you can reply STOP or request help with HELP. Necessary records may be retained to honor a stop-contact request or meet legal obligations. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are retained as reasonably needed to respond to and document your request, honor communication preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Deletion requests are considered in light of those purposes and requirements. Records may exist in Formspree, business email, and communication records. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Adults and changes

This contact form is intended for adults age 18 or older in California. If a child submits personal information, contact Jorge to request review and removal as appropriate. Material changes to this policy will be identified on this page with an updated date and a summary of the changes; additional notice or permission will be obtained where required. Changes in services or data use may require a revised policy before those changes take effect.
